If you have several Google Play account, check if you have redeemed the code in another account.

Why do you see this message?

This error message is related to your Google Play account billing informations: the region of the code doesn’t match with the region of your account.

How to solve it?

You need to update your region/address settings of your Google Play account.

  • Go to pay.google.com.
  • Click on “Settings” on the left of the page.
  • Check the “Country” section, and make sure that your country matches the country of your gift card.
