How does the Lebara top up voucher work?
A Lebara top up voucher is a prepaid card that you can purchase and redeem to recharge your Lebara prepaid account. This credit can be used for data, call minutes, or text messages on your mobile device.
How do I purchase Lebara top ups at Startselect?
To purchase a Lebara voucher at Startselect, simply navigate to the Lebara and Lebara One products on this page, select the amount you'd like to top up, and proceed to checkout. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a code that you can use to recharge your Lebara credit.
How do I top up Lebara?
Redemption instructions (DE)
Type in the code *131* followed by the 16-digit Lebara code and end with # on your phone, then press the ‘Call’ button.
Example: *131*1234567890123456# ‘Call’
Or:
- Call the number 5588 (0,25€ per call)
- Choose option 1 for ‘top up’
- Follow the spoken instructions

When can I use my Lebara credit after redeeming the code?
Your Lebara credit should be applied instantly after redeeming your top up gift card. If you experience any issues, please visit the Lebara website for further assistance.
Are there any fees associated with purchasing a Lebara top up voucher at Startselect?
No, there are no additional fees associated with purchasing a Lebara or Lebara One top up gift card at Startselect. You'll only pay for the credit you'd like to top up on your Lebara account.
How often do I have to top up my Lebara credit?
If you use Lebara prepaid it’s important to use the Lebara services once every 90 days. This means either topping up the credit, but also: sending a text message, making a phone call or simply using mobile data. If you don’t, your Lebara account will be blocked.
If your Lebara account is blocked, you will have 30 days to top it up again before your phone number is deleted permanently. Also take note that our Lebara prepaid bundles are valid for 30 days before they expire.
How do I check my current Lebara credit?
