Redeeming your WOW TV Gift Card is super easy!
- Go to https://www.wowtv.de/code.
- Enter your code in the top right and click "Redeem Now".
- Follow the steps to register with WOW if you don't have an account.
- Activate via the email address you provided during registration.
- Start streaming immediately!
What is WOW?
With WOW, you can binge-watch series, movies, and live sports anytime, anywhere. All you need is an internet-capable device. Simply book your subscription online and start streaming on your preferred device. WOW is cancelable monthly, so you're super flexible.
There are different subscriptions you can get individually or bundled. There's something for series fans, movie lovers, and sports enthusiasts.
How does WOW work?
Once your WOW subscription is active, download the WOW app on your TV, console, or mobile device of choice and start streaming right away. The content you can stream depends on the subscription you selected. WOW offers a Movies & Series or Live Sports subscription (including WOW Premium).
On how many devices can I stream WOW?
With WOW Premium, you can stream on two devices simultaneously. If you have a WOW subscription but not WOW Premium, you can stream on one device at a time.
How long is my WOW Gift Card valid?
Once you've redeemed your WOW TV code, you can use WOW Streaming for as long as your subscription runs.
We offer WOW subscriptions for one month, six months, or twelve months. When you stream with a WOW code from Startselect, the subscription automatically ends once the duration is up. No need to cancel, as there's no automatic renewal.
What if I already have a WOW subscription?
You need to first cancel (or pause) your current subscription. If you're unsure how long you've had your subscription, check in the WOW app under "My Subscriptions."
If you already have an active WOW subscription, use the "Cancel WOW" button to deactivate it. Otherwise, the regular WOW subscription will extend indefinitely.
Once your current WOW subscription is deactivated, you can start anew with your WOW TV gift card. The subscription ends automatically when the duration expires.
How much does WOW TV cost?
You're probably wondering how much WOW costs per month. It depends on the WOW subscription you choose. WOW offers three different subscriptions:
- WOW Movies & Series starting at €5.98 per month
- WOW Live Sports starting at €24.99 per month
- WOW Movies & Series and Live Sports starting at €29.97 per month
- WOW Premium + €5 per month
What's the difference between Sky Go and WOW TV?
WOW and Sky Go both allow online streaming of Sky content, but they're quite different services. While WOW is a separate service for streaming the Sky collection of series, movies, and sports, Sky Go is simply an extension of the regular Sky Q program.

WOW is a separate service for streaming Sky content on mobile devices with the app and in your browser, as well as on your TV using the WOW TV Stick. All you need is an internet connection, and you're good to go!
Sky Go offers the following:
Sky Go comes with every Sky Q subscription. Since the Sky Q receiver is only compatible with your TV, you can use Sky Go to stream all Sky programs on your mobile devices. Just log in with your Sky Q account in the Sky Go app and start streaming immediately!
As you can see, Sky Go and WOW TV are two completely different subscriptions. Sky Go is an extension of your Sky Q subscription, while WOW TV is a streaming service subscription for series, movies, or sports.

Is WOW the same as Sky Ticket?
WOW is the successor to Sky Ticket. The new WOW streaming service not only has a new name but also some new features. Is WOW part of Sky Q?
No, only the classic subscriptions for satellite, cable, or IPTV reception fall under the Sky Q brand. The mobile app service Sky Go is associated with this service. WOW TV is independent of the Sky Q brand and is aimed at a different audience.
Can I watch WOW TV as a Sky Q customer?
No. As a Sky Q customer, you only get the content offered by your Sky Q package. If you have a regular Sky subscription with a Sky Q receiver, you can use the Sky Go app for streaming. WOW TV is completely independent and requires a separate subscription, which you can get with one of our WOW TV gift cards!

How can I cancel WOW?
You can easily cancel your subscriptions online under "My Subscriptions" until the last day of the term. Right under the subscriptions, you'll find the "Cancel WOW" button. Click on it and follow the next steps.
As long as your WOW subscription is active, it extends indefinitely. If you've booked multiple subscriptions, you can flexibly cancel individual ones.
