Terms and Conditions for the "Cashback for discounts" Programme

1. General Overview
The "Cashback for discounts" programme (the "Programme") is offered exclusively to customers using the Startselect app ("the App"). By participating in the Programme, customers agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Startselect may update these terms from time to time.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, customers must:

Have an active account on the Startselect app.
Make eligible purchases that meet the minimum order value criteria as specified in these Terms.

3. Earning Cashback
Customers can earn cashback on shipped orders that meet the minimum order value of 10 EUR (or its equivalent in other currencies).

The cashback amount will be 1% of the order value.
The maximum cashback that can be earned is 5 EUR.
Cashbacks can be used for next orders.
Orders paid using refund coupons are not eligible for cashback.
Some products may be excluded from earning cashback; Startselect reserves the right to specify exclusions.

4. Spending Cashback
During checkout, customers will have the option to apply their cashback earnings as a discount on their purchase. Cashback earnings can be applied to orders that meet the configured minimum order value.
Cashbacks cannot be paid out in cash.

Startselect reserves the right to introduce a minimum amount of cashback that can be spent in a single transaction.

5. Cashback expiration
Each cashback earning will expire 90 days after the date it was earned.

6. Currency and exchange rates
Cashback earnings are stored in EUR. If transactions occur in other currencies, the cashback amount may vary due to currency exchange fluctuations.

7. Changes to the Programme
Startselect reserves the right to change the following without prior notice:

The cashback percentage.
The minimum order value.
The maximum cashback amount.
The expiry period for cashback earnings.
The minimum spend requirement for using cashback.

8. Fraud prevention
Startselect reserves the right to exclude customers from participating in the Programme if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Participation may be disabled on a per-user basis for fraud prevention purposes.
