What’s new in Warzone?

Warzone fans, get ready! Season 5 Reloaded launches with two completely new game modes in Verdansk. To start, 50 versus 50 combat returns in Warzone with the introduction of the new Clash mode. Jump into the action with your friends and rack up points by eliminating enemies. First to 500 points wins!

Wanna take Warzone to the next level? Check out the new Iron Trials ‘84 game mode and prove your skills! Only veterans will survive in the toughest battle royale to date. The rules have changed and your base health increases at the expense of your health regeneration rate. Loadout Drops have been removed and the Gulag is even more terrifying, with almost no tactical equipment and weapon restrictions.

What’s new in Black Ops Cold War?

Season 5 Reloaded also brings about tons of new content for Black Ops Cold War. For example, return to the fan-favorite Zoo map from the original Black Ops. This classic medium-sized map is even smaller this time around which means more action and more kills. Queue into the dedicated Zoo 24/7 playlist to try out all your favorite 6v6 game modes, all on Zoo. 

Ready for more old favorites? After a short hiatus, the Demolition game mode is finally back for Black Ops Cold War! Detonate enemy bombsites as an attacker or prevent any detonations with your team of defenders. Demolition offers all-out chaos on both sides. All tied up? Perfect, there’s even more action in overtime with only a single bomb site that both teams can detonate.

Don’t worry zombies fans! Season 5 Reloaded has plenty in store for slayers of the undead. Discover the North Atlantic Ocean in the all-new Armada Region for Outbreak. This new environment features new Objectives and World Events so jump right in and uncover more Dark Aether secrets. 

Ready to test your luck? Across all Outbreak zones, you can now encounter mysterious Black Chests. Trigger this new World Event to receive an unknown reward. Are you willing to risk it all?

Thanks to the introduction of the Rampage Inducer, it is now easier than ever to ramp up the action in your zombies match. The Rampage Inducer appears as an orange Essence canister. Once you activate it, zombie spawn rates and sprint speeds are increased until round 20. No more slow and boring rounds!

What’s new in both games?

Both Warzone and Cold War players can participate in The Numbers Event. Investigate Perseus’ broadcasts of the Dragovich Program tapes and unlock new rewards. Interact with various Mobile Broadcast Stations all across the map to gain an in-game cash bonus and exclusive rewards such as stickers, calling cards and weapon charms. Cold War players will also be able to participate through nine challenges based on new maps and modes.
Complete all nine challenges to unlock the brand new Sai melee weapon!

The Numbers Event also features a new Outbreak Survival game mode for zombies players. Challenge yourself in this unforgiving zombies experience with no automatic health regeneration. To regain health, you must find new food items and consume them to regain health. You can also only bring in your Field Upgrade and your trusty 1911 handgun to fend off the hordes. Your mission remains the same: survive as long as possible and warp to new regions to stay in the fight.

Special Agent Jason Hudson also joins in on the action as part of a new store bundle. Other new bundles include the Judge Dredd operator Skin Bundle, the Ghost Ship Mastercraft Bundle and Oktoberfest Tracer Pack.
