Perk 1 slot

These are the best perks in the Perk 1 slot:

• E.O.D.
  E.O.D. is our first recommendation for the Perk 1 slot. This perk reduces the damage you take from explosives and fire. With the popularity of strong explosive equipment such as Semtex grenades, Thermites and C4, E.O.D. is always a good option for your loadout.
• Double Time
  If you prefer a fast-paced playstyle, Double Time should be your go-to Perk 1. Double Time doubles the duration of your Tactical Sprint which means you’ll get around the map much faster. Perfect if you’re chasing a damaged opponent or trying to avoid the closing circle of gas.
• Cold-Blooded
  Last but not least, we recommend Cold-Blooded. This perk makes you undetectable by AI targeting systems and thermal optics, but most importantly, it negates the effect of High Alert and Combat Scout. High Alert and Combat Scout are common perks in the third perk slot, so if you prefer to stay completely stealthy, Cold-Blooded is a must-have.

• Overkill
  Overkill is one of the most popular perks in this category and that’s because it allows you to equip two primary weapons. With Overkill, you can easily create a well-rounded loadout by combining an SMG with an assault rifle or an SMG with a sniper rifle. Overkill is always a viable option for your loadout.
• Ghost
  If you want to prioritize stealth over firepower, Ghost is your Perk 2 pick. Ghost makes you undetectable by UAVs, Radar Drones, and Heartbeat Sensors, which means it's a vital perk if you don’t want to give away your location. UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors are fairly common in Warzone so Ghost can definitely come in handy quite often, but do keep in mind that even with Ghost equipped, you’re still detectable by Advanced UAVs.
• Tempered
  Tempered is one of the newer perks in Warzone and it allows you to refill your armor with only two plates instead of three. This means you’ll be able to plate up quicker while using less plates overall, which is a huge benefit in many gunfights so don’t overlook this perk.
• High Alert
  Our last recommended perk for the second slot is High Alert. With High Alert equipped, your vision pulses when enemies outside of your view see you. The use of High Alert is quite situational but when it’s active, High Alert can definitely be a life-saver, especially in solo games.
  
  

Tip for Perk 2 slot: you can get your hands on both Overkill and another Perk 2 if you find or buy two loadouts in the same game. Simply pick a loadout with Overkill at your first loadout drop, this will equip you with two primary weapons. Then, once you’ve found or bought a second loadout drop, pick a loadout with a different Perk 2 such as Ghost. This will drop your Overkill weapons on the ground and equip you with a brand new loadout, after which you can simply pick your Overkill weapons back up. This way you can have the best of both worlds!

Perk 3 slot

These are the best Perk 3 perks for your loadout:

• Combat Scout
  Combat Scout should probably be your go-to for most loadouts. This perk allows you to briefly highlight and mark enemy players that you’ve damaged. Knowing where a player is moving once you’ve damaged them is crucial and will definitely help you close out your gunfights, so this one’s a no-brainer.
• Amped
  Although Combat Scout is an incredible Perk 3 option, Amped may be a better choice in certain scenarios. If you like running Overkill with a sniper rifle or an LMG, you’ll find that swapping weapons takes quite a lot of time. Amped gives you faster weapon swaps, which is key for many Overkill players. • Stun Grenade
