You entered the code incorrectly.
Copy paste the Google play code that we delivered to exclude any typo errors, and don’t use spaces or dashes when you type in the code.
Try to redeem the code at Play.google.com or through the Google play store on your device.
Make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used when you redeemed the code.
Check whether you redeemed the code with another account.
Switch accounts on a mobile device. Open the Google play storeSwitch accounts in the Google play store. Open the Google play store. Tap Menu. If you don't see the menu icon in the top left corner, tap back until you're on the app home screen. Look for the name and email address of the account you're using at the top of the screen. Switch accounts on the Google Play website on a computer. Go to play.google.com. In the top right, click on your profile picture. Select a different account. If you don't see one of your accounts listed, click Add account.
If you already redeemed the code, the credit has been added to your Google Play balance. You can't redeem the code more than once.
You need to check your current Google wallet to verify your credits.
Go to your Google Play account; https://play.google.com/store. Under "Payment methods," see your balance.
BM-RGCH-06 is a Google play account related error code which shows that something is wrong with your address/region settings.
You need to update your region/address settings of your Google play account.
Go to https://payments.google.com (this should also be working from any mobile device) Click ‘Settings’ on the left hand side. Double check your country and address fields and make sure you are using the correct, existing address. If you think that nothing is wrong with the address, just retyp it once again and save it. Try to redeem your code once more using your preferred method. If you entered an existing address, the error should not be displayed anymore.
Error Code: BM-RGCH-03 is a Google play account related error code. If this error is displayed when redeeming a Google Play gift card, you have not yet registered your Google Play account for payment.
You need to add a billing address to your account.
Go to https://play.google.com/ using your PC or Mac. (mobile devices do not display the required settings) Log in with the appropriate Google Play account. (the one where you want to redeem the gift card) Click ‘Redeem’ on the left-hand side. Check whether the right account/e-mail is displayed and fill out your code. Click the ‘Redeem’ button after that. A window should appear, requesting you to enter your address; complete it. After completing your address and after the address is recognized correctly, the code will be redeemed now without an issue.
