Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card is redeemable for merchandise in any H&M, H&M Home and hm.com in the Netherlands only. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or change card and cannot be exchanged for cash or be used towards the purchase of another H&M gift card. This gift card will automatically expire after 5 years consecutive non use, without any notice and any outstanding balance will be deducted. H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of this gift card. H&M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
