Was the payment successful?
Always check if the payment has been debited or not.
  • Not debited: in this case, you can place the order again.
  • Debited: something has probably gone wrong. Check if your order can be found in your order history.
Manual review
In some cases, your order will be manually checked by us. We do our very best to deliver your order within 10 minutes to the email address you provided.

Don't worry
In most cases, you will receive your order within the time mentioned above. In exceptional cases, we will ask you for additional information. In any case, you will receive an email from us within 10 minutes.

Still haven't received anything?
