Redeeming your adidas code can be done in a few simple steps:

  • Add your new adidas gear to your cart, proceed to the checkout and proceed to payment
  • Select “Gift Card” as your payment method and enter:
    1. your 19-digit gift card number
    2. your 4-digit security code

If your order value exceeds the balance on your adidas e-gift card, you’ll also need to select an additional payment method.

  • You can find the remaining balance of your adidas voucher on the invoice

adidas gift cards will expire three years after the date of purchase, if not used. This expiry date applies to all official adidas cards.

You can check the balance of your adidas voucher in a few easy steps:

  1. Visit the official adidas card balance look up page
  2. Enter your 19-digit gift card number and your 4-digit security code
  3. Click on “Check balance” to view your current balance

adidas gift cards can only be redeemed in the country that they’ve been bought in. You can check the country flag icon on the top of this page to ensure that you’re in the correct region before buying your adidas card.

No, you can choose to use only part of the balance on your adidas card. The remaining balance of your card can be found on your invoice. This way, you can use the balance on your adidas gift card for multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero.
