After buying one of our Sims 4 expansion packs, you’ll receive a code. You can redeem the code on your Xbox console by following these steps:

Step 1: boot up your console, login to your account and go to the store

Step 2: open the side menu and select ‘Redeem’

Step 3: fill in your code, select ‘Next’ and follow the instructions
