You can easily redeem your Zalando gift voucher on Zalando.com or in the Zalando app. Simply upload the credit to your Zalando account and use this balance whenever you like.

Make sure to register on Zalando.com or in the Zalando app. Do you have any remaining credit - including return credit - or do you want to check the balance of your gift card? You’ll find a complete overview in your Zalando account.

You can redeem the code of your gift card in your Zalando account under 'Gift cards' in the menu, where you can simply upload the credit to your account. On this page you can also see how much balance you still have left in your account.

Add the credit to your Zalando account

  1. Go to zalando.com/myaccount/giftvouchers
  2. Enter your Zalando gift card code and click on 'Redeem Gift Card' to add the amount to your credit balance
  3. When placing your next order, the credit is available as a possible payment method at checkout

Redeem your Zalando voucher code during checkout

  1. Click on 'to checkout' and go through the ordering process
  2. Enter your code during 'step 4 - To confirm' in the ordering process and click on 'use'
  3. If you do not spend the full amount of your gift card, the remaining amount will automatically be credited to your account

You can check your balance as follows:

  1. Log in to zalando.com or the app
  2. Go to 'Gift cards' in the menu
  3. At the top of the page you can see your Zalando credit

The Zalando gift cards do not expire. If you have redeemed the gift voucher on your account, the credit remains valid indefinitely.

You can use multiple gift vouchers per order. If you have more credit than your order costs, the remainder will automatically stay in your account for a next purchase.
