What are Steam Badges?

Collected all the Steam Trading Cards you need for a certain badge? Great, now all you need to do is craft them together! This is how you do it:

1. Go to your Steam profile and click on Badges
2. Navigate to the badge you want to craft
3. If you haven’t earned all the Trading Cards related to the badge, you get the option to buy the remaining cards or request a trade with a friend
4. Once you have all the Trading Cards, you can click the button that says Ready
5. Click on Craft Badge
6. Your badge will be crafted and after this you can find it in your profile!
   

How to Earn Steam Badges

You earn Steam Badges by crafting together Steam Trading Cards. You earn these cards in different ways on Steam. For example, by purchasing games, completing achievements, trading cards or buying them on the Community Market.

However, badges can only be earned by combining these cards together. You cannot buy or trade Steam Badges with other players on Steam.
