Pokémon Winds and Waves introduces two brand-new Pikachu called Mr. Windychu and Ms. Wavychu. Nintendo is keeping the involvement of these characters in the game a mystery for now. As soon as we know more, you’ll find it here.
Just like with any Pokémon release, there are small differences between the two games. What changes between Winds and Waves? We’ve listed everything below:
Usually, the biggest difference between two Pokémon games is the Pokémon you can encounter while playing. Waves and Winds will probably have this separation too, but an official list for the two titles hasn’t been released yet.
One thing we do know about the difference between Winds and Waves is that the main character outfits change slightly. In Winds, your character’s accessories will be all white, and in Waves they wear blue accessories.
Nintendo announced two new special Pikachu for Waves and Winds. It hasn’t been confirmed yet, but based on their outfits and names, Mr. Windychu probably belongs to Winds, while Ms. Wavychu rocks a Waves-type look.
