Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 - August 20, 2026
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 is launching on August 20, 2026. This season, called Override, seems to focus on hacking into the island to stop Geno before it's GAME OVER. The official artwork for the season features characters like Sonic, Pac-Man, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Dr. Eggman, Joker from Persona 5, Scorpion, Raiden, Kitana, and many more.

There’s a lot of new stuff coming to Fortnite in the new season.
Sprites
The Sprites are the big focus of this season's gameplay. You can find these creatures all over the island. When you pick one up, you'll get a new inventory slot. Every Sprite is unique and comes with its own special bonuses:
- Earth Sprite: chance to find additional rare items when opening chests.
- Fire Sprite: create a fiery burst when dealing damage to an enemy.
- Water Sprite: replenish shield when in water.
- Duck Sprite: unlock Emoting or Jamming replenishes.
- Ghost Sprite: generate a cloak for a set duration.
- Demon Sprite: receive health and shields when eliminating an opponent.
- King Sprite: enhance Pickaxe damage.
- Dream Sprite: get a random item when levelling up.
- Punk Sprite: receive infinite ammo or nothing.
- Zero Point Sprite: spawn a Shield Bubble Jr. when using a healing item on yourself.
New map: Shattered Coast
New map that includes remixes of Chapter 7 POIs.
Gizmo consumable items
Gizmo items are available all season and give you quick ways to supercharge your Sprite bonuses.
