No definitive Life is Strange ending

While we know Life is Strange: Reunion will end the story of Max and Chloe, there’s no definitive information about whether it’s the very last instalment in the series. Max and Chloe are, of course, the most important characters and the ones who started it all. However, the series has countless interesting characters that could make for a good spin-off.

So while the story of Max and Chloe is coming to an end, this may not be the last Life is Strange game we’ll get to play.

What is Life is Strange: Reunion about?

Life is Strange: Reunion picks up after the events of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. It follows Chloe and Max while they both deal with some heavy circumstances. Chloe keeps having memories of a life and a death she did not live out, and Max is fighting the impending inferno that’s coming for their campus in three days. They’ll need to combine their powers to solve these mysteries and save everyone.

Who do you play as in Life is Strange: Reunion?

In Life is Strange: Reunion, you’ll be able to play as both Max Claufield and Chloe Price. This is the first game in the series to feature two playable characters, which will brings some exciting new gameplay. You’ll be able to switch between the protagonists and use both Max’s rewind as well as Chloe’s backtalk powers to solve puzzles.

When is Life is Strange: Reunion coming out?

Life is Strange: Reunion releases on March 26, 2026. The game will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
