Step 1: Go to your Zalando account

To check your Zalando balance, you need a Zalando account. Don't have a Zalando account yet? Make sure to create one first!

If you already have a Zalando account, log in and move on to step 2!

Step 2: Add your Zalando gift card to your account

Before you can see your Zalando balance, it's important to redeem your Zalando gift card first. You can find the code of your gift card in the email you received from us and in your Startselect account under 'Orders'.

Found your code? Then go to the 'Gift Cards' section of your Zalando account. Scroll down a bit, and you'll see a section named "Got a gift card?", as displayed below:

Carefully enter your code here, click "Redeem Gift Card", and your credit will automatically be added to your account. You're now ready to proceed to the next step!

Stap 3: Check your Zalando balance 

In your Zalando account, go to the 'Gift Cards' section. Under the 'Gift Cards Total' heading, you can check your Zalando balance! As you can see here:
