When is the EA Sports FC 26 release date?

Both the Standard and the Ultimate Edition of EA FC 26 launch on September 26 at 1 AM CEST. This was announced in the official reveal trailer that dropped on July 16. Check the trailer below!

What are the new in-game features?

In the reveal trailer, we also got a first look at the new game features, and there's a lot coming! It seems like they really listened to the community this time and directly implemented their feedback. In the video we can see updates like more responsive dribbling, more natural responses and improved positioning. Aside from that, we can look forward to updates like:

2 distinct gameplay presets

In EA FC 26 you can choose from 2 gameplay presets. Want to feel like you're in a real match? Authentic brings the realism of football right to your screen. But if you want some more action, Competitive is the way to go! Experience head-to-head action with faster passing and more direct control.

New challenges for Manager and Player Career

The new EA FC brings whole new Manager Live Challenges and alternative storylines based on real-world scenarios. Also, for the first time ever, changes in the Manager Market are reflected in the team tactics. As new managers step up to the plate, dynamics will change in every new season.

More ways to compete in FUT

Football Ultimate Team has some new ways to compete. Test your skills in knockout Tournaments, and earn amazing rewards with the new Bounties. EA FC 26 will also have Challengers, which is a new second-tier weekend competition.

Good news! EA didn't raise the prices of FC 26. Indications are the Standard Edition will cost €69.99 / $69.99 / £59.99 and the Ultimate Edition will cost €99.99 / $99.99 / £89.99.
