Buy Amazon Prime with an Amazon gift card in 3 steps
Amazon Prime, officially Prime Video, is the streaming service of Amazon, with a large assortment of series and movies. So with its fairly cheap price of 4,99 euro per month, you’ll have endless hours to enjoy yourself. But can you pay for an Amazon Prime subscription with an Amazon gift card? Yes, and we’ll explain this to you in 3 easy steps!
Use your Amazon gift card to buy an Amazon Prime membership
First of all, it’s important you have enough balance to be able to buy your Amazon Prime subscription. If you don’t have enough credit, you can top up your Amazon balance with one of our Amazon gift cards!
If you’ve already topped up your Amazon credit, head over to step 3!
Step 1: Login to your Amazon account
Log in to your Amazon account or create one if you don’t have one already.
Step 2: Add the Amazon gift card to your balance
Navigate to your account and go to “manage gift card balance”. In here, select “redeem a gift card”. Enter your code and select “apply to my balance”, and you’re all set!
Step 3: Choose “Amazon Balance” as your payment method
If you’re new to Amazon Prime, you can select “Use Amazon Balance” as the preferred payment method during signing up! If not, simply follow these steps:
- Once you’re logged into your Amazon account, go to “Your Prime Membership” in the “Account” section of the menu.
- Click on “Manage Subscription” and select “change payment method”.
- Choose “Use Amazon Balance” and the membership will be deducted from your balance each month or each year (depending on your preference).
Your subscription will automatically stop when you don’t have enough balance. So be sure to top up your balance with an Amazon gift card in time!
