The 10th season of Apex Legends introduces us to the new legend: Seer. Shunned by his community, this visionary artist called Obi Edolasim, found a way to express himself in the theatricality of the arenas. His skills mainly focus on revealing enemies. The micro-drones are huge assets in his skill package. When deployed through his tactical ability, they interrupt and reveal enemies, even through walls. The newest season for Apex Legends emerges on Tuesday, August 2. From that date you will be able to play with new Legend Seer and put your skills to the test in ranked arenas. With the introduction of Arenas in the 9th season of Apex Legends, it is now time to get competitive. Season 10 provides the ladder for players to climb to the top in Ranked Arenas. This feature follows a familiar pattern in the way that you start at Bronze and can move all the way up to Predator. This skill rating is accompanied by a number (the matchmaking score) which is used to determine who you should be matched against.

To determine your ranking, 10 matches have to be played. From there you can start collecting Arenas Points (AP) by winning matches. Don’t worry, if you lose a match, you will lose fewer AP points than you would gain by winning a match. The more you play, the more accurate this score becomes. If you are wondering how this affects your party team, there is some good news. You will still be able to queue with your friends that are 1 tier away. As an exception, Gold players can queue with their bronze friends.
The maps in Ranked Arenas will change once an hour, rotating between: King’s Canyon - Hillside, World’s Edge - Dome, and Olympus - Oasis. Rewards received at the end of the season are based on your highest tier reached. At the end of the season, your rank will reset in order to redo placement matches for the next season.

The Ranked Maps for season 10 will be split. First up is World’s Edge, which is scheduled to start on August 3, 2021 and end on September 21, 2021. Secondly, King’s Canyon will be the location for the remainder of the season.
