Ich habe ziemlich spontan zwei Geschenkgutscheine für ein Geschenk kaufen müssen, da ich sie physisch nicht erhalten hatte. Leider wurde für eine digitale Variante ca. 15% Bearbeitungsgebühr erhoben. Den Sinn und Zweck habe ich nicht verstanden. Es war der erste und letzte Kauf - im digitalen Zeitalter ist bei dieser Variante keine Person in der Abwicklung beteiligt. Kosten entstehen hier keine, kein Versand, kein Material usw. die Bearbeitungsgebühr ist einfach Blödsinn.
