Was the payment successful? Always check if the payment has been debited or not.
Not debited: in this case, you can place the order again.
Debited: something has probably gone wrong. Check if your order can be found in your order history.
Manual review In some cases, your order will be manually checked by us. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided.
Don't worry You will receive your order within an hour, or faster in the most cases, during our opening hours. In some exceptional cases we might ask you additional information in order to complete your order. Either way, you will receive an e-mail within the time indicated above with further information.
