Ik heb vaak een kaart besteld, dit is de 2e keer dat hij het niet doet. Een andere keer was ongeveer een jaar terug van 5 euro waarde. Vaak doet hij het ook maar deze keer weer niet. Dus al 15 euro. Heel jammer dit.
