Nous commandons régulièrement cet article et nous n avons jamais eu de soucis. Après paiement, le code est reçu dans les 5 minutes. Lors de la dernière commande, je n ai pas été attentive et ai passé commande via le site français au lieu du site belge. Le code reçu était donc inutilisable. J ai envoyé un mail au service après vente pour signaler que le code ne fonctionnait pas et c est eux qui en regardant mon historique de commandes ont trouvé d ou venait l erreur. Ils m ont confirmé que ce code allait être désactivé et que le remboursement suivrait dans les 5 jours. C était hier donc évidemment pas encore reçu la somme de retour. Mais j ai été impressionnée de la rapidité et qualité du suivi.
