What is IMVU?

IMVU is an online metaverse social networking site. Users can make their own 3D avatars to chat and play with other users and create a virtual, online life. If you already have VIP access, the existing subscription must first be cancelled and ended. Once ended, the IMVU Gift Card can be redeemed for a (new) VIP-subscription.

How can I spend the IMVU credit?

When redeemed, the code on the IMVU Gift Card becomes an online currency called credits. Credits can be spent in a huge virtual catalog to purchase virtual fashion items like haircuts, clothing and accessories. But also pets, furniture, homes and landscapes. How long will an IMVU VIP-subscription last?

There are monthly, quarterly (3 months) and yearly VIP-Plans to choose from. Each plan has its own values, extras and VIP assets. The costs of VIP access will be deducted from the IMVU Gift Card until it is depleted, the subscription ends automatically afterwards. IMVU Gift Cards can only be used for a VIP-subscription if any currently active VIP-subscription is first cancelled and/or ended. Once this is done, you can enable the VIP-subscription again, this time deducting the costs from an IMVU Gift Card.
