(&ldquo;Startselect&rdquo;), Hoevenweg 19 5652 AW Eindhoven, The Netherlands.These Promotion Terms (&ldquo;Terms&rdquo;) apply to the promotional Apple Gift Card Campaign (&ldquo;Promotion&rdquo;) organized by Startselect through its German, Dutch and Belgian websites [www.startselect.com/de-de, www.startselect.com/nl-nl, www.startselect.com/be-nl, www.startselect.com/be-fr] and related digital channels (&ldquo;Participating Websites&rdquo;).By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms.1. Promotion PeriodThe Promotion will run from 1 December 2025 until 11 December 2025 (&ldquo;Promotion Period&rdquo;). Participation is only possible during this period.2. General terms and conditionsThe Promotion is accessible and open to customers from Germany, Netherlands and Belgium aged 18 years or older.Employees of Startselect, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their households are excluded from participation.The promotion is applicable to &euro;25, &euro;50, &euro;75 and &euro;100 Apple Gift Cards.During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase an Apple Gift Card on any Participating Website are eligible to receive a &lsquo;Just Eat voucher code&rsquo;, depending on the purchase value. The tiers are as follows:

Buy &euro;25 or more Apple gift Card, and get a &euro;5 Just Eat voucher code
Buy &euro;50 or more Apple gift Card, and get a &euro;10 Just Eat voucher code
Buy &euro;75 or more Apple gift Card, and get a &euro;15 Just Eat voucher code
Buy &euro;100 or more Apple gift Card, and get a &euro;20 Just Eat voucher code

Depending on the Participating website, you will receive a Just Eat voucher code for Just Eat (Be), Lieferando (Ger) or Thuisbezorgd (NL).The Just Eat voucher code needs to be activated before December 31, 2025.After activating the voucher code, the Just Eat voucher is valid for 3 years and can be redeemed partially or fully. How can I participate?Once you place an order for an Apple Gift Card for a minimum denomination of &euro;25 on the Participating Websites during the Promotion Period, you may receive two emails - one with the purchased Apple Gift Card, and one with the Just Eat voucher.Each email address associated with an order is limited to receiving 3 Just Eat vouchers.The Just Eat voucher must be activated via the link provided in the email by 31 December 2025.Once activated, the Just Eat voucher is valid for 3 years from the activation date.Startselect reserves the right to end the promotion, should this limit be exceeded.In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.4. Voucher ConditionsThe Just Eat vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.5. Data ProtectionPersonal data (for example, email address) collected during the Promotion will be processed by Startselect in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Statement.Data will be used solely for:administering the order;administering the Promotion,prize distribution, andfuture marketing communications (if the participant has opted in).Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link provided in each email.6.
