Problems with the redemption Fortnite V-Bucks must be redeemed via the Epic Games website. This can be done through the internet browser of a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. They cannot be redeemed directly through a PlayStation or Xbox console! ATTENTION: if the code is a gift, the recipient must follow the steps below.
Click SIGN IN in the upper-right corner and log in with your Epic Games account. If you don't have an Epic Games account yet, you'll need to create one (you can do this at the bottom of the page). If you are already logged in, you can skip this step.
Click on GET STARTED.
Enter your Fortnite V-Bucks code and click NEXT.
Select the appropriate platform on which you want to redeem the code. Once you have completed the process, your Fortnite V-Bucks code will be successfully redeemed for all platforms (except PlayStation and Xbox). PlayStation and Xbox users: follow the steps below.
PlayStation and Xbox ATTENTION: make sure you have successfully gone through the steps above before following the steps below!
Once you have successfully completed the above steps, you will immediately receive a new code from Epic Games (also via email).
Boot up your PlayStation or Xbox console and open the Store.
Enter this new code and your Fortnite V-Bucks have been successfully topped up.

Do you get an error message that your code has already been used? As soon as we have received the payment, your code will be activated and delivered immediately. This makes it technically impossible that your code has already been used. Probably something technically went wrong when redeeming the code, this error message can appear at the first use. Sometimes the steps below will help to solve this problem.
Make sure that you have redeemed the code on the correct account (for example, you redeemed the code on account A while logged in with account B).
Check the transaction history of the account where you redeemed the code.
Restart the device and log in again. This ensures that your credit is updated.
