Manually checking an order

In some cases, orders are checked manually in order to prevent fraud. We do this when there is insufficient confirmation that an order is legitimate, or when there are indications that an order is not legitimate. 

 

A few examples of when we perform this additional security check: 

- When an unverified PayPal account has been used for the payment

- When a credit card payment is not 3D secure

- An order with a high order value

 

When we manually check an order, we do so for the security of our customers. You will receive the code after our inspection or will be asked to provide more information in order to validate the order.
