2. Enter the code received in the space provided and click on "APPLY"
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to top up your account or create a new one
4. Download the DAZN app from any App Store now and log in using your details
Terms & Conditions
The prepaid card is redeemable for the DAZN subscription service in Switzerland. Redemption requires a new or existing DAZN account, compatible software and hardware and internet access (additional fees may apply). To register with DAZN, the user must accept DAZN's terms and conditions, provide a valid means of payment and be at least 18 years old. The prepaid card can be redeemed once until the fifth year after the end of the year of purchase and only at dazn.com. The prepaid card entitles you to use DAZN for a period of 1 month. At the end of the term of your prepaid code, your DAZN membership will automatically continue as an ongoing membership at the price of CHF 49.90 per month, but you can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice. A refund or cash payment of the prepaid value is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law. Resale or other transfer to third parties is not permitted. Certain restrictions may apply when combined with other offers. DAZN is not liable for lost or stolen prepaid cards or for prepaid cards used without authorization.
