3. Click on ‘Add new payment method’ and select ‘Add Nike Gift Card’.
4. Enter your gift card code and the PIN.
5. Choose ‘Add Nike Gift Card’ to use your credit.
6. Click on ‘Continue’ to finish your order.

In a Nike store

1. Collect the items you want in the Nike store.
2. At the cashier, present your Nike Gift Card code and PIN.
3. The Nike staff member will use your credit on your purchase.
   
   

Your Nike Gift Voucher may not be working for these reasons:

• Wrong PIN or code: check your gift card code and PIN and try again.
• Store not supported: some Nike stores don’t accept the Nike Gift Card. You can check this through the Nike Store locator. Click on the store you want to go to and see if the Nike Gift Card is featured in their services.
• Suspected fraud: Nike may freeze an order because of suspected fraud. If this is the case, contact Nike’s customer service.
• Technical difficulties: try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or logging out and back in.
