Has Sony stopped selling the PlayStation Vita? Will there be any more games for the new handheld? Nobody seems to know, and everyone is confused.

There's something strange going on with the PlayStation Vita. This week Tweakers – a prominent Dutch website on tech and games – reported webshops in the Benelux have stopped selling Sony's handheld. The stores have either taken the Vita out of their catalogue or display an 'Out of stock' message on the product pages. They're saying they don't expect any new deliveries to come in.
Sony Benelux reportedly refused to comment on the issues, saying the PlayStation branch of the company doesn't have anything to announce at the moment.
Today however, Entertainment Business – a publication specialized in entertainment retail – reports that Sony denies having stopped shipping the PlayStation Vita. A spokesperson says the handheld is still being sold at several retailers.
The article on Tweakers mentions the PlayStation Vita is still in stock in other European countries.
