1. Go to zalando.com/myaccount/giftvouchers
2. Enter the code of your gift card and click on 'Redeem Gift Card' to add the amount to your credit balance
3. When placing your next order, the credit is available as a possible payment method at checkout
   
   

Redeem your Zalando code during checkout

1. Click on 'to checkout' and go through the ordering process
2. Enter your code during 'step 4 - To confirm' in the ordering process and click on 'use'
3. If you do not spend the full amount of your gift card, the remaining amount will automatically be credited to your account
   

You can check your balance as follows:

1. Log in to zalando.com or the app
2. Go to 'Gift cards' in the menu
3. At the top of the page you can see your Zalando credit
   

The Zalando gift cards do not expire. If you have redeemed the gift voucher on your account, the credit remains valid indefinitely.

You can use multiple gift vouchers per order. If you have more credit than your order costs, the remainder will automatically stay in your account for a next purchase.
