We do everything we can to refund your money via the same payment method as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we depend on the method which you paid with and the terms that the payment provider uses. Below you will find an overview of the refund terms per payment method.

Amazon Pay, Apple Pay (Express), Carte Bancaire, Credit card, Google Pay, MobilePay and Vipps:
In most cases, we will cancel the transaction. Therefore, the original reservation will be canceled and you won't be actually charged for it on your bank account. As a result, any reservation will never actually be debited.
