Redemption Instructions
Redeem your voucher code on www.flixbus.at, in the FlixBus App, in our Shop or in your Travel Agency.
If you redeem your voucher online, you can enter your voucher code during the booking process.
Once you have selected your connection, you can enter your code in the right-hand window. Select "Gutschein einlösen" and click on "einlösen".
The value of the code will be deducted directly. You can then click on "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" to initiate the payment and complete the booking.

The voucher is valid for 3 years after activation. This card can only be redeemed in the FlixMobility GmbH Ticket Store by persons who are at least 14 years old. Please go to www.flixbus.at to redeem this card. Internet access is required (additional fees may apply). The tickets are valid on all routes which can be viewed at www.flixbus.at. The number of seats in each bus is limited. When entering the code, the voucher value of this card is deducted from the total price.
Only one voucher code can be redeemed per booking. Any remaining credit can be reused using the same code. It is not possible to redeem this card for cash, return it for a refund in cash, exchange it or use it to purchase other goods. The collection, processing and use of personal data is governed by the FlixMobility GmbH privacy policy, which can be accessed at www.flixbus.at/datenschutz, unless otherwise specified. The acquisition of ownership takes place when the goods are handed over to the buyer. You will not receive any refund or credit for lost, stolen or destroyed cards or for cards used without authorisation. Legal rights, which can not be excluded by these provisions, shall remain unaffected. The card is not intended for resale. FlixBus cards are issued and delivered by FlixMobility GmbH.
