Until the code is delivered, you can cancel it up to 14 days after placing your order. To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to our customer service department at email@example.com. Clearly state in your e-mail which product it concerns, the order date, order number and your (contact) details.
Has the product code already been sent? In that case, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order or return it.
Exceptions to this are the PlayStation Network Cards codes and the PlayStation Plus subscriptions. For these products, you can cancel the code up to 14 days after delivery via the above procedure, provided that the code is unused. You will receive the amount back within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment as was used to pay for the order.
