Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
Redemption Instructions
To top up your Epic account balance, redeem pin at epicgames.com/redeem.
1. Visit www.epicgames.com/redeem
2. Enter your PIN code and click "Redeem"
3. Log in to your Epic account or create one
4. Review the details to make sure the Epic account and the new balance are all correct, and click "Redeem Now"
5. Your account balance has been updated! Follow the instructions to use it towards the purchase of V-Bucks, Crew, games and more!
Note: V-Bucks you purchase with your gift card won’t appear on your Nintendo Switch or Switch 2. Those V-Bucks may be used to buy items on the Fortnite website (fortnite.com/item-shop) or on another device, and the items purchased will still show up on your Switch or Switch 2.
