As a security measure, PayPal sometimes investigates certain payments.
When a transaction is believed to be at risk or fraudulent, PayPal temporarily puts the payment on hold and starts and investigation.
This normally takes 24 hours, but can take as long as 48 hours. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
During this time, the payment will be debited from the customer's account, but not sent to the seller.
PayPal will then decide whether the payment should be transfered to Startselect, or if it should be returned to the customer.
As soon as PayPal confirms the transaction and sends it to us, our system will automatically send the order by e-mail.
