You have placed an order with us and used PayPal or Amazon Pay as a payment method? Please keep in mind that we only send your order, as indicated during the ordering process, to the primary e-mail address that is linked to the PayPal or Amazon Pay account used. Any other e-mail correspondence will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the ordering process.
Why are we doing this? The reason we do this is to prevent fraud. A fraudster may be in possession of your PayPal or Amazon Pay login information, but not have access to the e-mail box of the e-mail address itself (where the code is sent to). This way, the fraudster can never come into possession of the order.
Under no circumstances will we be able to resend the order to a different email address.
Other payment methods For all other payment methods, your order is simply sent to the e-mail address you provided during the ordering process.
When do I receive my order?
Enter the email address you used to place your order below and receive your order status by email immediately. Entering an order number or transaction number is optional.
If an order is known to us under this email address, order number or transaction number, you will receive an email with the status of your order within a few minutes. Please also check your spambox.
