How do I solve it?

Explanation

Go to netflix.com/clearcookies to clear the Netflix cookie; this will sign you out of your account. Then navigate to netflix.com/redeem and attempt to redeem your gift card again.

Why do you see this message?

The gift card’s currency does not match the currency you are billed in.

How do I solve it?

The currency of the gift card must match your billing currency to be successfully redeemed.
