You didn't place an order via Startselect but you see payments made to us on your bank statement?
First check whether someone in your vicinity has had access to your payment account.
If this is not the case, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Please indicate in the e-mail which payment(s) are involved, so that we have the correct data to find the orders.
We are unfortunately not able to find payments with only the time or amount of the order.
