The code must be for the same region as your account
Please note that when you purchase a code, it must be for exactly the same region as the region you have registered your PlayStation account in. Did you buy a code for the wrong region and you can't redeem it? Please contact us stating your order number and/or e-mail address.
What's the difference between PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now?
The following applies for both redemption options: when you activate a PlayStation Plus subscription or PlayStation Network Card, it will be automatically added to your account. When you activate a game, you will find it in your Library (on the far right of the PlayStation home screen).
