It took a few months for Niantic to come up with a new collection of Pokémon for their smash hit Pokémon GO, but they're finally here. After installing an update today, you'll be able to collect some baby Pokémon. However, you can't catch Togepi, Pichu, Elekid, Magby, Cleffa, Igglybuff and Smoochum like you can catch the original Pokémon in the game; you'll have to hatch them from eggs. It looks like you can also evolve Togepi in a Togetic if you manage to get your hands on enough candy (50), by the way.
2km eggs
Pichu
Cleffa
Igglybuff
5km eggs
Togepi
Togetic (also evolved from Togepi)
10km eggs
Smoochum
Elekid
Magby
It looks like more Pokémon from the Gold and Silver games are in the pipeline, as these additions come with proper Pokédex numbers that leave plenty of space in between. Also, keep in mind that you need to acquire a new egg if you want to have a chance of it hatching one of these new Pokémon, your old eggs won't work!
Make sure you have enough iTunes Credit if you're looking to pick up Pokémon GO again. You'll need those Lucky Eggs to catch up!
