How to solve it?

Try to login again with your Netflix credentials. If the subscription or the Netflix credits are not activated, please contact the Netflix Support.

How to solve it?

You can clear the Netflix cookies from your web browser.

Clear the cookies for your browser (the manipulation varies with each browser).
Go back to Netflix.com/redeem and try to redeem your gift card once more.

The gift code does not match the country.

Why do you see this message?

The gift card’s currency does not match the currency you are billed in.

How to solve it?

The currency of the gift card must match your billing currency to be successfully redeemed: for example, a gift card in Euros cannot be used on an account from the UK.
