During the opening hours of our Customer Service department, we always do our best to send the orders by e-mail within 5 minutes.
Here are the availabilities of our Customer Service department:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 22:00
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 - 20:00
What happens if you place an order outside of those hours?
In this case, we invite you to be patient: we will only be able to take care of your order the next day.
You an always request a refund if you do not wish to receive your order anymore, this request will also be taken care of the next day.
If you wish to request a refund, you can contact us via e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating:
- the order number
- the product bought
Your order was in Manual Review and now you have received a verification email.
