About the game
Gain access to the full set of three new stories set in the world of ‘This War of Mine’, first of them – ‘Father’s Promise’ - available right away and two more coming later in 2018.
This season Pass allows you to save money on content. All the stories can be downloaded in-game when available and require the base This War of Mine game on Steam to be played.
Key Features
First episode: Father's Promise DLC is an original tale set in the world of This War of Mine. It tells a story of family’s struggle to preserve the last pieces of humanity in times of despair and cruelty.
Become Adam - a father trying to save his daughter from the horrors of war and leave the besieged city. Follow their steps and discover a story of love, hate and sacrifice - the emotions we all share in the darkest of days.
DLC offers a brand new, distinctive experience with additional game mechanics and several hours of thought-provoking gameplay. It is also the opening of the first season of This War of Mine: Stories. The next episodes will follow in 2018.
The Father's Promise DLC introduces:
- a brand new storyline based on an audio-drama written by the famous Polish author, Łukasz Orbitowski
- 4 completely new locations
- 5 reconstructed and remastered locations
- set of new game mechanics: dialogue and clue searching systems
- set of new story-based items

Η διαβάθμιση ενηλίκων εφαρμόζεται όταν το επίπεδο βίας φθάνει σε επίπεδο όπου γίνεται απεικόνιση ακραίας βίας ή/και να περιλαμβάνει στοιχεία συγκεκριμένων τύπων βίας. Η έννοια της ακραίας βίας είναι δύσκολο να προσδιοριστεί, καθώς μπορεί να είναι πολύ υποκειμενική σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί ως περιεχόμενο με απεικονίσεις βίας που θα έκαναν τον θεατή να αισθανθεί αποστροφή. Οι περιγραφικές ενδείξεις που απεικονίζονται στο πίσω μέρος της συσκευασίας υποδεικνύουν τους κύριους λόγους για τους οποίους ένα παιχνίδι έχει λάβει μια συγκεκριμένη ηλικιακή διαβάθμιση. Υπάρχουν οκτώ τέτοιες περιγραφικές ενδείξεις: βία, χυδαία γλώσσα, φόβος, ναρκωτικά, σεξ, διακρίσεις, τζόγος και αγορές εντός του παιχνιδιού.
1. Register an account
Go to www.steampowered.com and click 'login' at the top right corner of the website. After that, press 'Join Steam' in the middle of your screen to create your account.
2. Download Steam
Click the green button that says 'Install Steam' at the top right corner of the website, install Steam and login with with the account you created in step 1.
3. Click 'Games' at the top of your screen and select 'Activate a product on Steam'
4. Open the confirmation e-mail you received from Startselect and copy the code into the 'Product Code' box.
5. Confirm the code and install the game
6. You can access your games by clicking 'Library' at the top of your screen.
7. After the download is completed, you can enjoy your game!
