They usually have rich narrative elements and can unfold within settings like futuristic universes or fantasy worlds. A good RPG will completely immerse the player in a virtual world through great story-telling.
This genre is perfect for people who like to dress up as Napoleon on parties, for the ones that use skilful thinking and planning to achieve victory in on -and offline battles. You usually have two subgenres: Real-time, where you’ll need to think fast, and turn-based, where you take turns for every move.
