When and how do I receive the digital code?

After completing your order you will usually receive the digital code directly on your screen and via e-mail. If the digital code doesn’t appear on your screen, please check your e-mail (don’t forget to check your spam folder as well).

In exceptional circumstances, we cannot deliver the digital code directly and have to check the order manually to prevent fraud. A manual check takes place when there is insufficient confirmation that an order is legitimate, or when there are indications that an order is not legitimate.
