At Startselect we like simple and fast, so we don't make you wait for emails. After you complete your order, you will receive the code directly on your screen, so that you can immediately exchange it to top up your credit or play your new game.
After you have placed your order, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail, in which you can find your product code(s).
In the confirmation email you can find a PDF file, which contains the invoice of your order. The only customer data that we mention on the invoice is the email address of your Startselect account.
Startselect only focuses on the B2C market (business to consumer). This means that invoices can not be adjusted with company data.
