On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, tap App Store. Tap Today, then tap your Apple ID icon. Tap Redeem. Sign in with your Apple ID. If you have an iTunes Gift Card or Apple Music Gift Card, enter the 16-digit code, which starts with X. If it still doesn't work, contact support.

Explicación

Using an iOS device, you can view your balance in the iTunes Store app, App Store app, or iBooks app. Open the iTunes Store app, App Store app, or iBooks app. In iBooks, tap Featured at the bottom of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of page. If you're not already signed in, tap Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password. If you have a credit balance, you'll see it under your Apple ID.

Using an PC or Mac, first open iTunes. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. Click iTunes Store. If you have a credit balance, you'll see it in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store window.

If you're trying to redeem an App Store & iTunes Gift Card or Apple Music Gift Card that was purchased in a different country or region, make sure that you're redeeming it in the iTunes Store for the same country or region. You can't redeem cards outside of the country or region of purchase. For example, an App Store & iTunes Gift Card purchased in France can't be redeemed in an iTunes Store in the U.S. When redeeming Apple Music Gift Cards, make sure to redeem the cards in the iTunes Store for the same country or region. You can't change your country or region while you have an active membership.

Explicación

Redownload any past purchases that you want to keep on your device. Your Purchased section no longer shows items that you purchased from the store in the previous country or region. You won't be able to update these apps or content without downloading or purchasing them again in your new country or region. Additionally, if you use iCloud Music Library, the content in your library won't appear in your library after you change your country or region. Spend any store credit remaining on your Apple ID.

Your Apple ID country or region updates for all of your Apple services on all of your Apple products.

On your Mac or PC, open iTunes. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account. On the Account Information page: To the right of Country/Region, click "Change Country or Region." From the "Select a country or region" menu, select your new country or region. Click Change. On the Welcome to the iTunes Store page, click Continue. Review the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy. If you agree, select "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions." Click Agree. Enter your payment method. Learn more about how to change or remove your Apple ID payment information. Enter your billing address. Click Continue. Your Apple ID country or region updates for all of your Apple services on all of your Apple products.
