PayPal Payment Review

Sometimes, PayPal investigates certain payments. 

When PayPal thinks that a transaction is high risk or fraudulent, they reserve the payment on a temporary basis and start an investigation.

This normally takes 24 hours, but can take as long as 48 hours. Unfortunately, we as the selling party have no influence on this. 

PayPal will decide whether the payment will be transferred to Startselect, or whether the payment will be returned to the customer.

When PayPal confirms the transaction and Startselect receives the funds, our system automatically sends the order by e-mail.
